Cancellation/Change of Product order
You are going to love your new Larzy product, however if you have a change of mind and need to cancel/change your order we will require you send us an email before the item is dispatched so a refund or change can be made. We will not be able to process this over the phone.
If a cancellation or change of order request cannot be accommodated, due to the item already being dispatched, don’t fret, you will be able to return your item. Under Australian Consumer Law we do not accept returns for change of mind on any of our hair accessory products for hygiene reasons, however any damaged or faulty items will be replaced or your money refunded if there are no replacement items available.
